Return

Our goal is for you to be delighted with your purchase! If you ever change your mind for any reason, we will be more than happy for you to return your items to us.

Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

Returned products will be quality assessed upon return and must be received in their original condition - unworn and including the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a shipping method with a tracking number to confirm receipt of your return. ARŸKA cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

Once your return has been received and approved, please allow up to 3 business days to receive your refund or gift code. Please be aware that any shipping charges, duties or taxes originally paid cannot be refunded.

All SALE items are final sale. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for sale items unless the item is faulty.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

All items are inspected before dispatch, but in the rare event that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we are more than happy to replace or refund it depending on your preference.

Please contact us with the description of your faulty item upon receipt and include a photo of the fault so that we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

POLITICS

ARŸKA endeavors to process all returns as soon as they are received, however please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. Customers will receive an email confirmation once their return has been processed.

ARŸKA reserves the right to refuse an exchange/refund of returned merchandise if it does not meet the requirements of our return policy. 

Products that have been intentionally damaged due to misuse will be refused.
